Today I visited Page Against the Machine, a lovely little radical bookstore tucked away in East Long Beach. The Lenin pin on my hat was acquired there. I picked up some new books and a shirt, and chatted with the proprietor for a while about seeing Reds at the Drafthouse a few weeks back. Go check it out and support them if you get the chance. They have a lot of good stuff including books, buttons, and pamphlets.

Not every day has to count. Some days are for repairing, resting, mourning. You don’t have to perform every day. Some days are for doing nothing. For sleeping all day or being on your phone. Relaxing is ok, allowed and encouraged. Do what you need to do.
